Portuguese “Study & Research in Portugal” Delegation Visits Tecnológico de Monterrey

The morning of September 28 was dedicated to sharing experiences and discovering new opportunities for cooperation in Mexico City.

The Portuguese delegation of the Study & Research in Portugal initiative, comprising 18 institutions, conducted an official visit to Tecnológico de Monterrey at the Campus Ciudad de México. The main objective of this meeting was to strengthen the relationship between Portuguese educational institutions and the Mexican university.

The program began in Auditorio de Aulas 3 with a welcome session and an institutional presentation focused on Tecnológico de Monterrey’s internationalization strategies. The session was led by Gabriel Servín, Director of Development for Internationalization in Europe, and Ana Esther Gutiérrez, Regional Director of International Programs.

The agenda continued with a presentation dedicated to the School of Social Sciences and Government (ECSyG). This part of the visit featured remarks by Josefina Cortez-Campos, Dean at ECSyG, accompanied by Fabiola Martinez, Regional Director of the Law Department at ECSyG, Artur Perez Mendoza, Regional Director of Economics at ECSyG, and Rodrigo Peña, Regional Department Director.

To conclude the meeting, the Portuguese delegation participated in a guided campus tour, led by a student ambassador from the host institution.
