A delegation coordinated by the Institute for Higher Education is taking part in CACIE and the China Education Expo, with a presence in Beijing, Chengdu and Shanghai, to promote Portugal’s academic offer and attract Chinese students to Portuguese higher education.
Portugal is participating in the China Annual Conference & Expo for International Education (CACIE) and the China Education Expo (CEE) with a delegation of 12 higher education institutions, coordinated by the Institute for Higher Education (IES), under the Study & Research in Portugal initiative.

The delegation brings together universities, polytechnics and institutions specialising in different fields of education, offering a broad representation of Portugal’s higher education landscape.

These initiatives are supported by Portugal 2030 through the COMPETE 2030 and Lisboa 2030 programmes.
